What is ReldavaBot?
A hosted service that lets non-engineers build AI chatbots over their own content — documents, websites, email, cloud storage — and embed them on a website or connect them to messengers. No coding, no infra.
Who is it for?
Small and mid-size businesses with a body of knowledge they want to make conversational: support content, FAQs, product docs, sales enablement, internal helpdesks. One person can build a usable bot in well under an hour.
What data sources can I connect?
PDF, DOCX, TXT, Markdown, CSV, JSON, HTML, ZIP, plain text snippets, website crawl, Gmail (per label), Outlook (Inbox), Google Drive folder, OneDrive folder, Dropbox folder (push-based sync via webhook). Spreadsheets and slide decks are not read directly yet - export them to CSV or PDF first.
What channels can the bot live on?
Embed widget on any website, public share link, Telegram, WhatsApp Business, Facebook Messenger, Instagram Direct. The same bot answers from the same knowledge across every channel.
How does the bot avoid making things up?
Every answer is built from passages retrieved from your sources via hybrid search plus a reranker. Each answer cites the sources it used. With "Answer only from this bot's knowledge base" on (the default), the bot says it doesn't know rather than inventing.
How does pricing work?
Free plan with 1 bot and 1,000 AI credits per month, no card required. Pro at $49 a month, or $490 a year, for 5 bots and 60,000 credits, with a 14-day trial that needs no card. Business at $199 a month, or $1,990 a year, for 25 bots and 300,000 credits, plus WhatsApp, Instagram, cloud storage and the REST API. Enterprise on contract.
Is my data private?
Your sources and conversations belong to you and are never used to train any model, by us or by the AI providers we call. Servers and file storage are in the European Union; stored credentials are encrypted with AES-256-GCM. We run no analytics and no trackers of any kind. Deleting your account erases everything it owns at once. The privacy policy names every provider that sees your content and exactly what each one receives.
Which AI model does it use, and can I bring my own key?
You choose the model per bot: twelve of them across OpenAI, Anthropic and Google, from a cheap one for FAQs to a strong one for nuance. Usage comes out of your plan's monthly credits, so there is no separate AI bill to set up. Bringing your own provider key, or pointing a bot at your own self-hosted endpoint, is not available yet - the model picker says so too.
